Charlie has taken over the chocolate factory. The once-impoverished child who won a contest was taken in by the weird Mr. Wylie, a zaney and extremely unethical CEO. But now that the 24-year-old Charlie has to contend with modern capitalism, can he remain a “good person” while shirking OSHA, the FBI, ICE, protesters, his local town, and his own conscious? The magical kingdom of the chocolate factory gets a bit dark in Bittersweet.
